The international relations of the Public Legal Entity "Dendrology Garden" are increasing under the authority of the head of the Executive Power of Baku City

A cooperation memorandum was signed between the “Dendrology Garden” and the South Ural Botanical Garden-Institute of the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
According to the contract, the parties will carry out joint expedition research, provide mutual support in the exchange of plant materials and herbaria.
The agreement also provides for increasing the efficiency of scientific research and successfully implementing their results, preparing publications, collecting herbarium and exchanging identification of other information.
According to the agreement, the parties ensure the preparation and attestation of scientific personnel for dissertation and PhD studies, the internship of specialists, and their involves in specialized scientific council work; organizes scientific conferences, symposiums and schools.
The agreement also includes mutual participation in the creation of generalized works and catalogs in the field of plant introduction theories, forecasting, introduction method and methodology, assessment of world resources, inventory of introduction funds and protection of directions that may arise in various areas of their joint interests.
According to the agreement, the parties will be exchange identification of plant and seed collections, introduction questions, selections, nature protection activities and other information important for information-search systems and information data of gene pool banks to improve the efficiency of scientific research and successfully implement their results.
It should be noted that the cooperation agreement was signed by the Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Personnel of the Public Legal Entity "Dendrology Garden", PhD in Biology, Associate Professor Samira Baghirova and the Director of the South Ural Botanical Garden-Institute of the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences Shigapov Zinnur Heydarovich.
