Employees of the public legal entity "Dendrology Garden" participated in the congress

On February 28-29, 2024, employees of the public legal entity "Dendrology Garden" participated in the online congress "3rd International Chankaya Scientific Research Conference" (International Chankaya Scientific Research Conference) organized in Ankara, Turkey. The main purpose of the conference is to organize all fields of science was to bring together local and foreign scientists, to inform about new research, to create an opportunity for researchers to present the results of their research, and in this way to contribute to the development of science.

  Leading specialist Aybeniz Hajiyeva, of the "Plants of Agricultural/Economically Importance" laboratory, leading specialist Gunay Alihasanova and leading specialist Shenay Albaliyeva, took part in the congress with the article "Introduction of some medicinally important plants to the territory of the Dendrology Garden and obtaining essential oil from them". Aybeniz Hajiyeva was appointed the moderator of the 3rd session of the Congress held on February 28 (hall 2nd), and also presented her article. He noted that the main goal of the research is the introduction of species to the "Dendrology Garden", the study of biomorphological, physiological, vegetative, generative reproduction characteristics, the prospect of development in the garden area, and the study of phytochemical composition. The main object of research in the article is Melissa officinalis L., Lavandula angustifolia Mill. and Citrus x limon (L.) essential oil obtained from OSBECK species were analyzed in the KRISTAL-2000M gas-chromatography apparatus, the results of the chemical component composition of the essential oil were reflected in tables and graphics.

The international conference was continued with reports and certificates were given to the participants at the end.
