A classical music night dedicated to the memory of Heydar Aliyev was held

A classical music night was held at the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic in accordance with the 100th anniversary of the Nationwide Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, jointly organized by the Executive Power of Baku City and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 In the event was attended by the head of Executive Power of Baku City Eldar Azizov, heads of a number of state institutions, deputies of the Milli Majlis, representatives of higher and secondary educational institutions, veteran and youth organizations, science and culture figures and numerous guests.

It was noted that in the first years when the Great Leader came to power in Azerbaijan, on his initiative, the public figures of the republic, all members of the national economy, in the State Philharmonic, classical music evenings were organized with the participation of managers, science and culture workers, party, trade unions and Komsomol workers, in short, the political elite of that time with the aim of increasing people's interest and knowledge in many fields of culture, including classical and symphonic music, and making this music popular with a wide audience.  

Great Leader and often with his family members always attended in these nights, where symphonic and classical musics of world and Azerbaijani composers were played. On the eve of the Great Leader's 100th anniversary, as a tribute to his dear memory, a program was organized that reflected the classical music nights of the 70s of the last century and included the favorite classical musics of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev. This night of classical music was also a musical tribute to the dear memory of the Great Leader.

  At the invitation of the Executive Power of  Baku City, the deputy chairman of the Administrative Personnel of the public legal entity "Dendrology Garden", PhD in biology, associate professor Samira Baghirova, employees Rasmiyya Afandiyeva, Firuza Mustafayeva, Leyla Atayeva, Vusal Mammadov participated in the event.
