Employees of "Dendrology Garden" participated in training at ADA University

On 23-25 September, a training for trainers was held at ADA University, joint with Institute of Development and Diplomacy of ADA and the United Nations Development Program.

Leyla Atayeva, Shabnam Ashrafova, Aybeniz Hajiyeva, Gulshan Hasanova and Elman Jafarli, employees of the public legal entity "Dendrology Garden" under the authority of the head of the Executive Power of Baku City, participated in the training held in order to boost the knowledge and skills of associated institutions in the direction of Adaptation to Climate Change.

It should be noted that the training covered the field of agriculture, water resources management and project design under the "National Adaptation Plan (NAP) support project for adaptation planning and implementation in Azerbaijan".

The mentioned fields are among the priority fields to be covered by the Azerbaijani government under the NAP, and these trainings purpose to increase the skills of technical specialists working in the relevant field to better participate in the process.

On the last day of the 3-day seminar, the participants demonstrated presentations.
