“July 14, 1969 – The Beginning of the Path of Progress” – Round table (Discussion) was held in Khazar District

A round table (discussion) entitled “July 14, 1969 – The Beginning of the Path of Progress” was held in Khazar District.
The event dedicated to the 56th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev was attended by the head of the Executive Power of Khazar District(EPD) Elshan Salahov, members of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly) Aydin Huseynov, Gulshan Pashayeva, head of the NAP Khazar district organization Namig Ahmedov, deputies of the EPD, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the public legal entity "Dendrology Garden" under the authority of the head of the Executive Power of Baku City, Doctor of Philosophy in Biology, Associate Professor Samira Baghirova, department heads and employees of the Head of the Regional Administrative Administration's Office, heads of departments, enterprises and organizations of the region.
Commemorated the memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs with a minute of silence at the event. Make a speech at the event, the head of the Khazar Regional Administrative District, Elshan Salahov, said that the date of July 14, 1969, has a special place in the new history. 
“Since that date, all sectors of the republic have radically embarked on the path of reform and rapid development. He has lived with and has always been committed to national values,” he said. 
Delivering a comprehensive report, deputies of the National Assembly (Milli Majlis) Aydin Huseynov and Gulshan Pashayeva paid attention to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev as a phenomenal figure in the history of Azerbaijan. 
It was noted that with the coming to power of Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijani statehood was saved from great dangers, and a fundamental turn was made in the socio-political, socio-economic, scientific and cultural life of the country. 
Later, other speakers - Namig Ahmadov, Tavakkul Salimov and Hazarkhan Abilov - talked about the historical services of the National Leader to the Azerbaijani people.
It was stated that the successful domestic and foreign policy course pursued by President Ilham Aliyev, a worthy successor to the National Leader, is based on the ideas of Heydar Aliyev.
